Dr. Scharmer grew up on a hobby farm near Winona, MN, and developed his passion for veterinary medicine through 4-H. He graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, hunting, woodworking, sports, and park outings with his wife, Becca, and their daughter, Wren.

Dr. Scharmer grew up on a small hobby farm just outside of Winona, MN, with sheep, pigs, and dogs. He was an active member of the local 4-H club, where he became interested in veterinary medicine. Ethan graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2023. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys swimming, hunting, woodworking, recreational sports, and countless trips to the park with his wife, Becca, and 18-month-old daughter Wren.
Dr. Noel, originally from Faribault, MN, earned her veterinary degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. She provides both companion and production animal care in Lewiston. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, camping, riding her horse, and working on sewing and embroidery projects.

Dr. Flathers graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and specializes in companion animal medicine and surgery, with a special interest in orthopedics. He lives in Worthington with his wife, Laura, their two children, and a household full of pets including three poodles and three cats.

Dr. Lorch graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and has been with Lewiston Veterinary Clinic since 2005. She works with dairy cows, goats, small ruminants, and companion animals, and is accredited with the Food Armor program. She lives on a hobby farm near Lewiston with her husband, three children, and a variety of animals. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, church and school activities, and raising goats and rabbits.
